The Pathfinders initiative aims to provide youth with targeted exposure to careers in medicine through
engagement activities and intentional tracking. The ultimate goal of Pathfinders is to significantly increase the likelihood of young students choosing careers in medicine by enhancing their knowledge of, interest in, and perceived accessibility of medical professions.
